Goncalves on the Right to help Thomson in defence. But too attacking for Csaba.
TheBigO
As posted in reply on very same thread...!!!! Not for me. Don't like 3 at the back. Kello C Thomson Bouzid Jose WallaceEggy Mikey Pala NoviNade Elliot/Robinson Struggled to fill the wide positions there. Would prefer Eggy and Jose at the back and don't really want to play Pala. Hhhmmm, that was harder than i though it'd be. Been easier if Zal was back and ready. Thought about Temps, but first game back would be a big ask and anyway, quite like the thought of Eggy playing infront of CT to give him protection and also win back post headers and get in the box if Novi can get some balls in from the left, mind you. It warranted it's own thread Ian as it's not about Robinson! You're team will be closer to the mark I think, I just think Novi Is useless And will get ripped for arse paper all day against the Tics. You're team will be closer to the mark I think, I just think Novi Is useless And will get ripped for arse paper all day against the Tics. I'm not so sure about that. He's shown he has a good work ethic which is required against Celtic as their fullbacks set up and join in alot of their attacks. He has the pace to run away from players on the break. Against better teams you sometimes just need someone to do one thing special (Suso's goal in the last league game) and it can win it (which it didn't!). Maybe one of Novi's little moves or tricks will pay off and he'll score or set someone up. Worth a calculated risk i think.

Would certainly carry an element of surprise into the game & be tight at the back to counter the 3 up front they will play.
