First delivery - Two mugs were not what was ordered, third was correct but smashed (due to being put in a cardboard box with no protection) Second Delivery - Two mugs are correctly delivered! Third mug is delivered as the wrong item! Third Delivery (after half an hour on the phone to their 'customer services' - Yet again the wrong bloody mug! How ****ing hard can it be to print a picture on the right sort of mug!!! (A Hobo could probably do it bloody right) Just going to cancel the third one and try Jessops or somewhere up town tomorrow. ****ing ****e service. Rant over!
