Don't know about you, but I'm totally hacked off having to replace tyres, get my steering checked, because of the state of the streets in this city. Anyway If you follow this link it might help you get it off your chest. It specifically avoids comments about the trams, but does include questions about street lighting, provision for cyclists, and more.
