Lets go for a wee spin in the yacht, dont worry we will be ok. Now they are captured by lovely somalian pirates, and at risk of dying. Leaving their poor relatives to worry day after day. Cisc0 K1d Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 It's obviously a shame about this poor couple but what were they thinking about, surely they have heard about the Somalian Pirates. As for the Pirates, it's worth remembering that most of these guys were ordinary fishermen trying to earn an honest living from fishing. The problem is that a combination of illegal fishing and the dumping toxic waste by Europeans and Asians means that they have been robbed of their countries natural resources. Their choice to feed themselves and their families is to turn into Pirates or leave their country and try to get into Europe as migrant workers. It's easy to slag these guys off but we have put them in a difficult position.
