Victorian Posted October 30, 2009 Share Posted October 30, 2009 http://news.stv.tv/scotland/west-central/133874-parents-of-bungled-cancer-treatment-girl-label-verdict-a-travesty/ this doctor has had the charges against him - including one of lacking competence - proved, and yet there is no sanction against him and he is allowed to carry on in his post. all this against the backdrop of the guy not even having the decency to attend the hearing and face her parents due to 'having stress'. i would like to know why he was allowed to choose not to attend or why the hearing couldn't be adjourned until such time as he could. bad enough for the parents to lose their daughter this way but to further palm them off with a deeply arrogant and unaccountable whitewash like this really does make you boak.
