Every 2 years, all clubs from the SPL down to div 3 nominate a candidate to sit on the board of the SFA. Then the season ticket holders of every club in Scotland get to vote for their preffered choice, with the top 12 vote pullers getting a seat on the SFA board for 2 years. Such a scenario would scare the hell out of the current old boys club and Old firm apologists, and possibly a much fairer running of the game in Scotland.
