Mine's is a bit obscure. It's an old Weezer album track. 'Only In Dreams' from the Blue Album. Like I said, it was an album track, so forgive the amateur YouTube video, but at least you can hear the song.

Funny, I was just talking about this very track with my brother in law recently. A vastly underrated classic. :)

My favourites change all the time, but here goes with some current ones. Firstly, the song I would argue is the closest thing to a perfect pop song.

This last one, I was looking for a specific version of it but could not find it on Youtube so will have to make do with a lesser version.

Sorry, I never stop at one on these kind of threads.

Blink 182 I Miss You mixed together with two songs from the group members other projects. It all goes really well together in my opinion. I Miss You is a great song on its own aswell.

This is a good one aswell, I often find that I prefer the live version of songs.

Possibly obscure, but an absolutely stunning track - probably their best.

I P Knightley

You probably know this already but some of you are wrong with your answers.

Others are in the Top 100 alright and even in the Top 10. It wouldn't be fair of me to give you the actual chart right now but special mentions to those who said:

Dignity

5 years

Stay With Me

Gimme Shelter

Bad Moon Rising

Thunder Road (though I take issue with that particular version;))

Whole of the Moon

Comfortably Numb and

Royal Mile (haven't heard that one in ages)

Good work. Keep it up.

Dignity - Deacon Blue. Makes me feel really, really homesick when I hear it now, though...

yeh i love that song.

workin class guy saving his money to spend on Dignity.

I think it is because you can relate to the song that

makes it even better.

Anyway my fav is Still in love with you by Thin Lizzy.

This version is from around '74 and has Frankie Miller

singing with Phil Lynott.

Their is a version with Gary Moore singing with Phil

and the most common version he sings alone.

Standing Here is underrated. Glad you like it too.

I got left at Chorley service station after Spike Island and on my walk home from Carlisle it's the only song I could remember them playing. It went over and over in my head. Brilliant!
