I have just downloaded Scarface for a mate and was going to fire it onto a disk and give him it during the week but thought i had better change it to a dvd. I have tried a few converters but none seem to work. I was using 1 that worked fine with other files but soon as i tried to change a avi file to dvd it gave me the messgae that it would leave a watermark or something like that unless i registered. Does anyone know and good free converters that would allow me to change this file so i can copy it onto a blank DVD?? Cheers in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
wibble Posted October 6, 2009 Share Posted October 6, 2009 Converting from AVI to DVD is a nightmare to complete. It takes ages to encode onto DVD and the quality will be worse than the AVI. It is better that you copy the AVI to a blank DVD and he watches it on his PC or on a DVD player that has DIVX support. Pretty much all DVD players have DIVX support these days.
