My mum has a load of photos on a memory stick which she was updating with scans of old photos etc. The stick was working fine in the new PC but now keeps saying its malfunctioned and wont work. ASSASSIN Posted October 3, 2009 Share Posted October 3, 2009 I'm out of idea's now, bit dust or something? try in another USB port i had this go wrong with mine everytime i plugged in to a front port so i plugged it in to a usb2 port at the back and it worked ive also had one that must have been damaged and wouldnt read but when i pushed it gently to the side it worked Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
