Grendel
Eggert Jonsson and Marius Zaliukas would have been selected by Iceland and Lithuania respectively but Jonsson has only just resumed training following hernia surgery and Zaliukas is suffering from excess fluid on a joint that is likely to preclude him from tomorrow's SPL visit to St Mirren. Is there no communication here between the national side of countries and the club these players play for to check if they are available and not injured. Manager Csaba Laszlo has given Kingston permission to represent his country despite the player not having played for Hearts this season. "If you are not injured then I would not tell anyone not to do their duty for their nation. Yes, this is a qualification game but also you must know Ghana has already qualified," he said. Mixed message from Csaba. Basically he is saying to Kingston you can go and play but you know they have already qualified so dont bother.
Gershwin
Kingston is probably already at Edinburgh airport waiting on his flight.
