Hearts fans have the chance of input by completing the survey at: http://www.surveygizmo.com/s/172960/scottish-football It is hoped the survey will be one of the widest reaching supporters surveys undertaken in Scotland, and the results will help Supporters Direct Scotland to provide a submission to the Scottish League Review being chaired by Henry McLeish.
