Victorian Posted October 1, 2009 Share Posted October 1, 2009 saw it the other night and was rolling about in pain. michel roux tells them they have to create two dishes using the smoked eel provided. one of the chefs was asked what dishes he was making and he says something like "an apple and beetroot salad and a ??????? pudding". michel roux just looks at him and says "we need two dishes using the smoked eel". chef - blank expression.
