I was struggling big style with the final part. The Mrs said she'd have a go as she could see I was losing my rag. 15 minutes later she'd cracked it, which in a way was the final kick in the balls. You start at zero and turn dial right (clockwise) to 40 then left TO 48 then right TO 28 then left TO 40. Each number is your stopping point, not the number of clicks to turn. When you get the black light working use it on everything - the room, inside dark places and collected items. You'll need a pen/paper - or use notepad - to solve the final few puzzles.
