J.T.F.Robertson
We have a calcium build-up around the taps in the kitchen and bathroom. It's down to the "hard" water out this way. Now, I've just bought this removal stuff called CLR and although it does give a long list of surfaces not to use it on, it makes no mention of chrome. Anyone on here know if it will be OK? I don't want the cure to end up worse than the disease. Cheers
Tazio
I think you can safely assume that if chrome isn't on the list then you can use it. If you're in any doubt test it on the back of a tap or another unseen area.

I'm a bit wary. Thanks anyhoo.

Thanks anyhoo. Wariness would appear to be unwarranted. You may now put your concerns about my faucets aside.
