Callum started up front by himself and seemed to have been instructed to sit in front of Murray and hold the ball up. This continued in the second half despite Nade's presence. Now I do not rate rearend at all but he was running off our central defenders all night to try and get in behind (caught offside a million times). Now do you think Csaba instructed Elliot to sit in front of the hobo defence? If so why? I reckon Elliot would have been much more effective hanging off the shoulder (like rearend did) of the defence and trying to get in behind. I'm mystified as to whether callum was confused or was told to sit, which would be a very strange tactic..... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
