It's a Korean film by Park Chan-Wook (Old Boy, Sympathy for Mr Vengeance, etc) and is definitely worth a watch/tape. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0497137/ It's pretty entertaining in a "One flew over the cuckoo's nest" sort of way.
