I'm going to start running and also recently bought a mountain bike from halford for ?300 notes as I feel in the long term, I'd use this more than the gym. I wanting to start running and just want to ask if anyone has a set routine I should do to improve fitness. At the moment I ran until I'm shattered which is about 15 mins but can cycle for hours without feeling any pain at all. Any ideas or I'm I talking complete nonsense. Taffin Posted February 8, 2008 Share Posted February 8, 2008 Take you bike down to Glentress and cycle up the hills then shout like a maniac going back down, great fun.
