First post here from me: It is no secret to anyone with any sort of football education that we are still a very young team with very few "father figure" type players in the squad. I do not subscribe to the Hibernianisms and Weegie slurs which have been afflicting, not to mention impacting tremendously on the opinions of, the less educated sort. Mince. Yeah we have a young team and we need the older players to step up and look after the youngsters. And we could even go younger in the team.
