I P Knightley
Does anyone know how much Robbie Keane's cumulative transfer fee tally stands at now? I've lost track but, before going to Spurs (first time) he had had 4 or 5 ?5m transfers. I reckon he must have comfortably topped ?60million in total fees
CostaJambo
Dunno about the money but considering he doesn't celebrate scoring against his former clubs he's gonna end up not being able to celebrate a goal at all if he's not careful.

ecjambo
I cant believe Rafa at times. Why let a ?20 million striker go for ?12 million plus some add ons no doubt. Then bring nobody in to replace him when you have your first realistic chance of winning the league in nearly 20 years. Fair enough Keane has not been at his best yet this season however he hasnt been given much of a chance. This move will come back to haunt the Pool and Rafa. interista
that must be one of the strangest transfers ever Part of what is referred to by Inter conspiracy theorists as the Marcello Lippi hijack transfer market. Spent money incredibly badly in what could only be an attempt to screw Inter up then got himself sacked after one match of the league season. If the transfer monies were all paid in full thats, obviously, a loss of ?7m in 6 months Not sure what Rafa was up to, although he was perhaps thinking that Torres was never going to regain his old form after injury ? As for Liverpool and Keane, what a waste of money.

As much as I dont really like Wenger he has picked out some absolute gems. Adebayor is another one. Even Henry. Fair enough they paid a bit of money for Henry but Wenger made him into one of the best players in the World.
david1874
i cant beleive how cheap arshavin has went for to arsenal But Arshavin is already very well known. Players like Anelka, Henry and Adebayor were never heard of, yet Wenger has spotted their talent and turned them into world class players.
