Munch Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 Whats your thoughts for 09, i will start with predictions for a 1 bed flat in Gorgie, currently still holding up at around the 110k mark for a decent one. 1 year from now what price buys you one ? our celebrity predictor is no longer around ( shame) so for all of us that are whats your thoughts.
