under-soil heating in training pitches

this may bore some people but I wonder if Csaba his trying to get this installed at Riccarton? I think it would be a good idea as it means they can train all year round on the right conditions and also it means that U19 games would not be called off.

 

Dont know how much it costs to keep the undersoil heating running but surely it would be benifical as it means that they can train on proper pitches alot more.

 

Also I wonder if this is one of the many improvements he wants made to riccarton, I remember saying he has ideas on how to improve the facilities back in July.
