Charlie-Brown Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 I'm fairly certain these houses are Social Housing being built for Dunedin Canmore and not a speculative private housing development, given the time of year and location it was probably kids/vandals, they also burnt down the primary school & nursery there a few years back.
