I agree with the OP, 3 in the past 6 months is a bit dodgy given the current economic climate!

i was thinking something similar. he'd probably forget to have a lighter and walk into the tynie arms with his improvised incendiary device to buy some matches.... on tick.

I'm fairly certain these houses are Social Housing being built for Dunedin Canmore and not a speculative private housing development, given the time of year and location it was probably kids/vandals, they also burnt down the primary school & nursery there a few years back.
