For the benefit of Cigaro Ali Dia was an amateur player from Senegal, whose agent contacted Graeme Souness, purporting to be George Weah, gave him some spin about Dia being a Senegalese internationalist who had played for one of the big French clubs, think it was maybe PSG. Souness signed him on, he got on for about 20 minutes in a match, was substituted and disappeared again.
