Coco
Just on the off chance that someone would like to help a slightly retarded student doing a late Critical Summary?!?! I don't have a clue how to do footnotes on Word in that i want to put a small number in brackets after a certain point i am making! cheers It may be a little late if your work was due in this morning, but ... Click where you want the footnote number to appear in your text, go to top toolbar 'Insert', 'Reference', Footnote and then type away.

Say What Again
I'm not trying to be smart mate, but the 'help' facility on word is pretty good. If you'd just typed 'insert footnote' into the help box you'd have had your answer straight away.
