You used to get three warnings(with the video removed) and then your account suspended. I have had two accounts suspended. Setanta still want to remove videos. Now you get this warning. Your video "Westlife-Home with subtitles" is still available because Sony/BMG does not object to this content appearing on YouTube at this time.
