I'm 25 but I know who the dude is, did not recognise him in photo. I will delude myself into thinking you look like him.

How do you know who Rick Astley is ?

The People's Chimp

How bad is that photo of rick astley? really, it's quite worryig to go from fresh faced (ish) pop goon, to chemical peel tory candidate in the time it takes to become the best artist in the world ever.

Gavsy Van Gaverson

The MTV (Europe) Awards and all they do all night is have on crappy American pop acts

That added to the fact that every single presenter/winner mentioned feckin Obama being elected.

They might as well have re-named it and moved it to LA.

Mr Tache, are you Rick Astleys number 1 fan or are you commenting on

the fact that said knob can win such an award?

Actually I'm more interested in the cultural phenomenom of Rick Rolling and the power of the interweb! (I work in design & marketing)

Its called World Series syndrome a strain of cultural myopia which leaves

the sufferers unable to see further than thier own backyard.

So im assuming that somebody somewhere is benifiting financially

from this phenomenom, thus Astleys award?

Id imagine Rick Astley is benefitting. Therefore Stock, Aitken and Waterman will be too. Great way to get some cash in before xmas!

Apart from some spare change for Astley & those vile creatures. These so

called awards only 2 brits won. One is old and has not done anything of

note for over a decade and the other ones Paul McCartney? Ive long ago

become jaded with what passes as music nowadays, but i would hazard a

guess that these 2 were not a true representation of your average european teens taste in music (god help us if it was). My point is that, could it in some way, through this rickrolling, be making greenbacks(as opposed to pounds or euros). Or was it cos he deserved it?

Carl Weathers
I've been to his grave in Martha's Vineyard...and heard stories about the Belushi family that would make your hair curl...

Do they have any 'Jaws' attractions there?

Strangely enough, no...at least not when I was there..

You get the ferry over from Woods Hole, but I don't recall seeing anything to say Jaws was filmed there...

Or 'Stuck on you'?

;)

Seriously, I'd like to go one day. Jaws is one of my favourite films.

Much better than Rick Astley...:P

Whilst on the mainland, prior to going over to MV, I toddled on down to Ocean Avenue in Amityville.

It was dark, raining and windy - and the house had no lights on....absolutely sheeit myself when I saw someone walking down the path.
