billco98
Sheena Wellington's rendition of Robert Burns' 'A Man's a Man for a' That' which she sang at the opening of the Scottish Parliament in 1999. I was standing in the crowd on the Mound across the road from the Assembly Hall. The ceremony was relayed to the people outside and everyone joined in - a very moving experience. Guest Freewheelin' Jambo
Beautiful song, beautiful singer http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=nze8B39OB0k That song has real resonance in my own personal family history. Also, forget Dusty Springfield and Janis Joplin and all the other overrated, overhyped female singers of the sixties. Judith Durham had a better voice than any of them.
