I'm 90% sure that I'm going to relocate to Norn Iron in the next year.

Again, any advice would be welcomed.

Should I start a new thread?

Belfast if I can help it chief. If not, I can cope with one of the counties.

Tired of the area I'm in now. ;)

Been given info for agencies etc over there - could be a goer.

Ignore Ulysses! :)

First piece of advice: don't buy a house! NI is suffering unbelievable falls.

Next, if you're renting in Belfast, aim for the South of the city.

If not, commute in from a radius no further than Ballymena, Larne, Lisburn or Bangor. Public transport is generally rubbish.

And lastly, don't bother with Irish league football!

Also a good call. Some nice spots along the railway lines to Lisburn and Bangor. The travel times aren't too bad, and they've recently upgraded the trains.
