Csaba's Broon Shoes
With the Banks in meltdown these days Could our Banks still be the best one to save with ? Kello , Balogh , Basso , MacDonald are all part of the goalie team however none of them seem to have a vocal presence in the team that Banks gave us added experience in arranging the defence at set-plays of which in recent games we have lost goals at . A good safe pair of hands is maybe whats needed to steady the ship going into the derby .

jambobrett
Kello is definately the best keeper we have from what i've seen. Fair enough his positioning might have been a bit suspect for the free kicks the last couple of games but he has done enough before that to make him my first choice. You say that Banks is more vocal, but he's probably missed every cross ball he's ever come for. Kello was bollocking Berra and Zaliukas on his debut, he's obviously more commanding than Banks. If Banks conceded, 9 times out of 10 he just stood with hands on hips. At least Kello lets his defenders know about it. And anyway, could be worse. Mixu thinks he has "2 great keepers" in Andy Mcneil and Ma-kalamity according to yesterdays EEN!!
