Gerd Muller
Can a dis-used Oil Rig in the middle of the North Sea not be used as a prison. I've always thought that this would be the best type of Prison
Deevers
Don't believe the story about the crime rate being at it's lowest since the 1980's. These statistics come from the police who do everything possible to massage them and tinker with them to show themselves up in the best possible light. Take one instance of their duplicity - if you get 10 cars broken into in a street overnight - if it is an unsolved crime it is shown on their stats as "one" crime. If however they have a culprit for the thefts - it miraclously becomes "ten" solved crimes. Creative to say the least!! The other factor is that most people no longer report minor crime to the police as they believe that it's really a waste of time and effort to do so. Police Statistics are done to please governments.
