I think the only thing getting coverd up here is the blatant dive by naka.

Just like to point out these quotes..

"What surprisingly wasn't shown too often was Nakamura getting a slap on the head from one of their players"

"If that had been a Celtic or Rangers player, it might even have made the front page of some of the tabloids. Imagine if it had been Neil Lennon in his heyday? But it was kind of swept under the carpet."

haha il have some of what ever chesny is smokin!

Yes, BBC's website is giving Strachan plenty of airtime on this subject too.

Gordon Strachan says midfielder Shunsuke Nakamura did well not to react to a "slap on the head" during Sunday's 3-1 win against Kilmarnock.

Nakamura and defender Frazer Wright clashed after the Japanese playmaker earned a penalty at Rugby Park.

"To be provoked like that and turn away from it is fantastic," said Strachan.

Meanwhile, the Celtic manager and defender Mark Wilson believe the current squad is the strongest in Strachan's three years at the club.

Celtic were awarded a penalty late in the game when Nakamura went down under a challenge from Craig Bryson. To be provoked like that and turn away from it is fantastic

Kilmarnock goalkeeper Allan Combe suggested Nakamura went down too easily for the spot-kick.

The Japanese midfielder was confronted by Wright after referee Mike McCurry pointed to the spot and Strachan praised his midfielder for showing restraint.

"Now, trust me, if that had been a Celtic or Rangers player, it might even have made the front page of some of the tabloids," said Strachan.

"Imagine if it had been Neil Lennon in his heyday? But it was kind of swept under the carpet.

"In any other business, if you get a smack on the head, you say something about it."

I would love it if Hearts beat Celtic when they come to Tynecastle soon.

A bit like Miko's control after being fouled at Pittodrie, and being booked for being fouled - and the reaction of the Aberdeen players - notably Diamond (if ever there was a misnomer, he's it)!!!

Of course, if Miko hadn't been a Celtic player - - Hang on a minute!!! He isn't!!!

Strachan, your talking manure as usual!!!

Nakamura didn't react to being slapped because he knew he'd just got away with conning the ref into giving a penalty. If he had reacted angrily to being slapped then it might have indicated that there was something in the challenge in the first place.

He's got a history of diving and like Miko, the perpetrator of any tackle should be given the benefit of the doubt as there is a good chance he's faking it. Has Nakamura ever been booked for diving during his time in the SPL?

Nakamura is a diving ****, Frazer Wright is a knob and Strachan is known to talk pish. Difficult to decide who to side with here.

Might seem pig headed but I don't want to click on another Daily Record link. They've had enough traffic from us lately. Would someone be so kind as to copy and paste the article please? :)

its strachan simply trying to divert everyones attention away from the awful dive and make Naka appear as the victim. He knows banning one tv crew for a week will push all the other media outlets further up his backside.
