In an attempt to save me making a ?1/minute phone call to them, can anyone tell me what charges are involved if you cancel a booking with them?

 

Can't find any reference to this on their website.

I'd imagine you would lose your cash, but you may be able to claim back the tax.

it is exactly that.

 

you get the tax back unless there has been a death in the family etc.

 

so depends on how much u spent if u want to say a gran or grandad are pan bread !

might be better selling them on and the person just paying for the name change,or you paying for the name change.

Bit the bullet and called them. Frkin hell, to change the flight ?28 each way, no refund if new flights are cheaper:eek: To change the name on the ticket (an option I thought of if I was selling them on) ?80 yes frkin ?80:mad:

 

Oh and the call centre staff were as helpful as...well something trying desperately not to be helpful.

 

Let that be a warning..cheap flights are great but not if your plans change.

Basically with Ryanair if anything goes wrong in anyway, it's your problem. OK when things go ok, tough if they don't.
