Im looking to change my electric heating in my flat.

Anyone got any recommendations for panel heaters?

Lots on the market but no comparisons to judge.

Cheers

I replaced the electric panel heaters in the two bedrooms in my flat earlier this year.

This manufacturer were recommened to me by the local electrical supplier and sparkies in Falkirk.

I got the timer 2000 for each bedrooms. Both rooms are big (typical tenement flat) and they more than do the job. The two cost me ?98 each plus VAT. Installed them myself without any difficulty at all. Does the job perfectly.

I decided I wanted rid of the storage heating in my living room. Picked up an electric fire suite from Homebase. Looks fantastic, heats the living room very quickly, my only gripe is that it is quite noisy. With hindsight, I'd have probably went for a storage heater with a 'top-up' convector built in.
