Riordan, 25, did not appear at Falkirk District Court to answer the charges yesterday of driving at 100.4mph on the M9 near Falkirk on July 15 this year. In a letter to the court, solicitor George More asked for the case to be put off without a plea being entered so he could take further instructions from his client.:107years: The case was continued without plea until early October.
