Even if we were after him we would have been told to beat it. Fergie would not let him come to an unstable club like us when he could send him to numerous other smaller clubs whom he trusts to nurture his young talent in the proper manner... I spoke to guy in my local a few weeks back who is a youth scout for Man Utd and is very close to the Scottish lads (Dave Gray and Galbraith). When asked about Gray he said that Hearts had made a loan bid but were told no because he is considered to be part of the first team now. Think if they were gonna send him out on loan they would prefer for him to go to an English club because the style of play in Scotland is very different to English style.
