Simply because we only sold about 7,000 tickets in total. Why open it up? It just means Hearts have to draft in more stewards, ticket collcetors and police (meaning more money). So they are going by the way of craming everyone into 2 stands (the home fans anyway). I agree with you though, I'd have liked to of seen seats sold in there however.
