Grunton Harbour plan approved

So the council have approved the planning application by the Forth Ports Authority too build 15 thousand new flats/houses in Grunton, whats the point, the existing builders down there have stopped building, as they cannot sell any flats at 270k for a 2 bed 330k for a 3 bed, flogging a dead horse they are, even with there shared equity scheme where you pay back 25% equity in 10 years, thats a laugh you can buy these flats at 150k for a 2 bed and 165k for a 3 bed at resale price right now.

So if they think they are going to build 15 thousand more properties, they will need to re think the values, and reduce prices by around 50% on what they are trying to sell them for now.

I cant see this project being completed for 25 years if you are lucky.
