However I think, like someone who smokes or has a lack of exercise, this woman has to take some responsibility for what happened. Not a doctor of course but anyone who eats that much has can't absolve themselves of all blame. If I eat that much and died because of it I would not expect any sympathy. Totally agree with CC on the fact that fat people cant absolve themselves of any blame. Not like they have been tied down and had pudding shoved down their throats.
