There's a small group of us who sometimes get together (very informally) to watch games in NYC, but there's no real oranization to it. There is a North American hearts supporters organization, which is a bit more organized (we have an e-mail list serve). If you'd like any details, feel free to shoot me a PM. My brother in law does the same with other Jambos in San Fran although not an official SC.
