Bojinov is now out for another 6 months after snapping his achilies tendon in the warm up before the match v Villa today.

Horrible luck for the guy after injuring himself in the first game of last season and missing the remainder of it!

Is he worse than Pinilla/Beslija?

Feel sorry for him.

Would love to have seen him fully fit and in full flow in the premiership as he is a classy player.

Thought he would be a great foil for the likes of Jo or Benjani.

That's a shame to hear. Good luck to him.

He's an exceptional talent.

What a stunning strike, when was that?

When did he sign for Man City? Has he played a competetive game for them?

On the unlucky Bulgarian striker, Hughes says: ?It?s a huge blow to Valeri and to the team, just prior to kick off. The likelihood is that he is going to be out for six months as he has ruptured his right Achilles tendon. It?s a terrible blow for him after the injury worries he has had over the last 12 months, he did really well to come back and he deserved his place in the team today.?
