Flogel98
UJ on both sides of mine. Got pelters from sheep in Abredeen for it at a Wednesday night cup replay. The one where IIRC, the local bill let sheep in to the old beach end when we used to get it and many Hearts fans were locked out.
pablo
Aberdeen brought it up here. Might have got it from Liverpool. Although IIRC they played each other in 80 or 81 which may have been before ski hats. Initially they were two stiched together. Most likely Liverpool and Celtic. Was in the sports shop in Gorgie road (can't remember the name, just along from white park on the corner) and a few boys were buying them. First thing they said to the boy serving them...cut the bobble off mate.

As for being behind the times, when you had a cool mullet like mine, hats were a no-no.

What have Hearts hats from the 80's got to do with Hans Eskillson I had a Davy Crockett hat and several bunnets. That bloody Topsport made a fortune out my Dad wi all those hats. I think he made me wear them though as he was ashamed of my ginger hair:sad:
