This projet is so important and this delay in your answer is holding the club back. If there is any delay in the outcome it could also kill off any chance of it happening ever, as inflation is rocketing. Pedro Lopez was meant to have met them on Tuesday but cancelled the meeting - the council have concerns over the height of the project (and any impact) and wanted to meet Hearts to discuss.
