He split with Burley to take up a position of Director of Football at WBA initially, but it didn't work out. He has returned to Ipswich Town and is employed as their international scout. His only spot was Skacel the rest were already in the " possible targets IN basket" waiting the new manager to have a looksy over. Very good spot granted, but "unsung hero" .... hardly.
