K1874M Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 Not a bad white fish... Had it a couple of times after seeing it in tesco's..... Had mine in a thai curry, dropped in a a broth and poached, loads of lime leaves chillies, ginger, garlic, coconut milk and a few other bits and bobs, fish sauce etc.. nice fish for the price.
