Five to One
Didn't realise he was 36 to be honest. Surely one of the best defenders that's ever played the game.
Wattie
Arguably the best defender in a generation. Certainly would go in a world XI of the last decade. Dreadful way to end his career, although it may well end up saving his life, thus it's a wise decision.
Darth Ewing
Great player!! I would say he is one of the best defenders ever maybe only second to Maldini. I will allways remember some his displays for Juve espically the game against Barcelona in the champions league the season Juve made the final he just about won that game himself. Wish him all the best for the future.
jamboinglasgow
sad for thuram but at least the heart condition was diagonised as I would hate him to have gone on and football faced with another death like O'Donnell. Also amazed Maldini is going to have another season at AC Milian at the age of 40.
