Can anyone do this for me cheap or know how to do yourself ?

Thanks

Was it moved in the wind?

I had them out 3 or 4 times beginning of the year, never charged me anything - bloody hassle though.

Threaten to cancel on the back of it.

As it is already not working have you tried just moving it a little yourself?

Cant do any damage as it is already offline. Sometimes my dish shifts a fraction in very high winds and I lose the signal, I get the ladders out and move it a little, always seems to work for me.

jamie, if the dish isn't too far off the ground, get yourself a cheap sat. alignment meter. piece of p!ss to use.

my hotbird/astra19 dish is forever getting dunted, takes 5 mins to fix (its at ground level mind you :))

Point it in the same direction as the other dishes round about.

This is what we did. Just looked at the neighbours, had someone inside who shouted when the signal was working again.
