gadgey55
I went to the TO the day to renew. Some bugger bought our seats! Swines. No matter, I shuffled along 20 or so seats. Stanley_
Sounds like they've made a lot of mistakes for once. Said this on another thread but at the front where it has your name and seat I've got a ticket for Hearts v ICT April 2008 priced ?11.08. How do they make mistakes like that? jambobrett
Well received my new season ticket this morning.Aye not the seat i wanted but my old seat in section D. Why is nothing simple with the ticket office. My sons is coming tomorrow yes you have guessed section D. I moved to N during the 2 day move period. On the second day of the moving period I moved from G lower to upper and got my mates moved from Main Stand to G upper. Mate collected his, it was fine. I went in a fortnight later to get mine, still my old seat. Asked about it and they said that they couldn't access the details for my new seat until a supervisor was available. Generally, they looked like they couldn't wait to get me out of there and didn't look at all bothered even after i explained that my mate paid an extra ?200 to move and would now be sitting on his own. They told me to call back on the Monday when a supervisor was in. I did so and the (very nice) woman on the phone told me that it wasn't an issue, they could have done it there and then and sent me out a new card for the inside front cover. Personally, i think some of the ticket office staff are brilliant. However it seems that some, mostly the younger ones either need customer service training or the sack. marcomanhmfc
How about this then....I've didn't have a season ticket last year cos i was up at uni in Aberdeen and don't have enough money to get one this year so imagine my suprise when i get sent not one but two season tickets for the roseburn stand, with my name on both of them!!! What would you do in this situation, i mean i know that they will have been for someone else so the seats wouldn't be empty but still it'd mean that i could get in for free. Depends just how jakie i'm feeling i guess!

This happened to my mate 2 seasons ago when he moved from the wheatfield to sit next to me in Section N. Fear not - he was sent the correct season ticket a few days later thus getting 2 season tickets for the price of 1!!!! Came in handy for other mates etc to tag along. Mabey worth keeping quite about it and say you have'nt received one at all! See you in N
