tartofmidlothian
Aberdeen with P10 W9 D1 L0 to go joint top by the time their 2024/25 League Cup semi against Celtic come along, where their bubble burst with a 5-0 (so far) hammering? Or us with P10 W8 D1 L1 to go six points clear by the time our 2018/19 League Cup semi against Celtic at Murrayfield came along, where our bubble burst with a 3-0 hammering? Hopefully their fortunes go in exactly the same direction now.
Drylaw Hearts
We managed that with Steven McLean as our striker……
hearts00
The difference is Aberdeen will not finish 5th or 6th with one win in 20 to finish the season. Or whatever the stats were with us.
DS98
Our injuries that season were off the scale. Actually unheard of. All big players at the time. All long term injuries. I’m sure we were down to our 4th choice captain at one time. Berra (best CH in the league at the time) Uche Haring Naismith Souttar
