Tazio
What a life he lived. Rhodes Scholar, Vietnam vet, hippy songwriter, film star. And for the Irish the man who stepped up and consoled Sinead O’Connor when the tearing up of the pope’s picture scandal happened. Edited September 30 by Tazio Missing possessive apostrophe. This picture was taken just after she was booed by the crowd - it was a couple of weeks after she tore up the picture. He says that what he was saying in her ear was "don't let the *******s get you down".
Canscot Posted Monday at 03:58 Share Posted Monday at 03:58 (edited) I was in Nashville a couple of weeks ago. I got this picture of a ceiling tile that he had signed in Tootsies Bar. RIP Kris. Edited Monday at 03:59 by Canscot
John Findlay Posted Monday at 07:46 Share Posted Monday at 07:46 Remember him for A star is born with Barbara Streisand, and Convoy with Ali McGraw. I believe he was a Ranger in Vietnam. I work we with a fella who was called Kris after him as his mum is a big fan. RIP Kris Kristofferson.

Yes he out shone Babs in “ a star is born” . a fine actor and song writer . His part was originally offered to Elvis . Now that would have been an incredible pairing , but as I said he was the best thing in the film . RIP

SectionDJambo Posted Monday at 14:19 Share Posted Monday at 14:19 One of the sad things about growing old yourself, is that people who you watched on tv and film, in your younger years, are being lost at an increasing rate.
