Would it be easy for you to verify that you are a hearts fan by sending proof via a message and having a little marker to say you have confirmed your a Jambo on your username? Be easy to confirm the vermin? We do already. It's called being a Paid Member. Everything else can be faked by saying the right things, or posting a picture of a ticket for a match you or one of your mates went to once. I'm not sure what sort of proof would be foolproof enough to stand up to this sort of mod scrutiny, and would be one hell of a job for them to sift through it all. (PS - I have noticed you are not a Paid Member, so that's also where this falls down. Some people can't or don't want to pay for it, and that's totally up to them. I prefer to just let people talk themselves further into the hole that we all know they started digging long ago).

Our history and history in general is all part of us. Without so much is lost and wasted. It's good to be proud of our past, warts and all, and the real past, not some revisionist version. I'm not a sign writer by any means but, on show to the public, must do better.. Scaling is all wrong.. "Park", and "of" are decent efforts compared to the others.. The heart is not symmetrical or should I say, it's squint.. Tin pot effort. Need to stick up for my fellow sign writers The guys have done a great job . As for the spacing on ‘MIDLOTHIAN’ when you have vertical lines close to each other ie ‘MID’ as opposed to ‘LOTH’ they will obviously look closer but if you look at the bottom right of the ‘L’ for example , it’s just as close to the bottom of the ‘O’ Some shite we moan about eh ! anyway sometimes better saying nowt if you don’t know what you’re talking about

Personally, all I see is a really tricky job undertaken by a genuine expert. But, as per usual, there are JKB 'experts' who not only know better, but see fit to ridicule that which they couldn't hope to match in a month of sundays. The arguments about what was done vis-a-vis other options such as doing it on a big board and mounting it elsewhere are moot. I have no doubt that all options were given due consideration and the one chosen was done knowing all of the facts. Well done to the signwriter and his team. I like the way that it changes subtly when moving left to right, or vice-versa. Earlier on, it was guff about not being centred over the gates, too small, and so on ... and latterly utter pish about 'Big Hearts' posters visible in the windows as if we weren't running a real-life enterprise as opposed to nothing more than seeking an aesthetically pristine entrance for those approaching via the Gorgie end. In short, absolutely anything to stick the boot in. There are more than a few grips needing gotten. 😄
